Experience this unique breathtaking Percussion & Acrobatic Artistic Show. This Event features Multicultural Tribal Percussion Grooves from all over the world, layered into strong Cultural, Cinematic, esoteric SoundScapes, fascinatively visualized by high standard Acrobatics, Fireworks, Thematic Mimics & dazzling light EFX. "The Night of the Drums" Earth & Fire Concept Show nowadays places itself perfectly between Cirque Du Soleil, Stomp, Mayamana Events.
N.O.D. can either be booked for Theaters, Cultural Centres, Open Air Events, City Events or as a Corporate Event.
HISTORY
The collaberation between Drums & Percussion Artist Marc Smitt aka The DrumSmith & versatile acrobat Nicole Baumer aka Lucy Lou started at NORD-ART Budelsdorf (Nord Germany) where both Artists performed their Solo repertoire until the organiser suggested to perform together on an additional evening show in the Park. From the First Beat, the Magical Chemistry was there & from than on both Artists annually further developed the NOD concept in their very own way.
THE "EARTH & FIRE" CONCERT CONCEPT
Marc Smitt & Lucy Lou merged their independant talents into a Supreme unique, creative empowering show. The Drums & Percussion Park, an impressive collection of instruments from the Old & New World combined with State of the Art Electronics Tools makes The DrumSmith sounds like a whole group of Players. Diverse Themes leading the Audience from one part to the World to the Other. Sometimes from a whisper, sometimes into a thunderous roar. The Drumsounds clearly stands for all "Earth" vibes. Lucy Lou's imaginative visuals on Choreography, Fireworks & Light Efx emphasize the "Fire" elements thoughout the Show.
